If you register for one of our courses or conferences, we store the data in order to organise and execute the course or conference as well as to invoice you or your employer where applicable. The list of participants is otherwise only shared with other course/conference participants as well as the course provider. Information about food allergies and similar information will be provided to meal providers in an anonymized form. The data (name, employer, e-mail address, telephone number and date for submission) that we receive in connection with course/conference registrations are stored so that we can invite you to future courses and conferences. You can, at any time, request that your data be deleted from our course participant database by contacting us by telephone or e-mail, please confer our contact page.
If you provide us with feedback via our customer satisfaction feedback form, we store your name and date for submission of the feedback. This enables us to contact you in case we would like to request further information or respond to your feedback and how we intend to improve based on your feedback. The information you provide us with in connection with customer satisfaction feedback is not shared with anyone.
