The shareholders of Unitech Power Systems AS (Unitech) have sold all Unitech's shares to Aker Solutions Holding AS, effective 7 February 2022.
Unitech will remain a separate legal entity with the same company/brand name, registration number, bank account, management, and employees. Contact persons and invoice address will also remain unchanged.
Furthermore, this change will not influence our relationship with our suppliers or customers and we will continue to offer the same services as before.
With Aker Solutions as a strong and long-term owner, we see high potential for further growth and development, particularly within renewable energy. Together we will strive to increase the pace of the ongoing energy transition.
