About Unitech Power Systems AS
Unitech Power Systems AS is a specialized provider of consultancy and digital solutions for electrical power systems. Established in 1985, with more than 40 years of experience and a strong team of highly specialized engineers, its shares were acquired by Aker Solutions in February 2022. Still, Unitech Power Systems continues to operate as a separate legal entity with the same brand, and at “arm’s length” from Aker Solutions, to maintain its independent position as provider of advisory services and digital solutions to many clients. Unitech Power Systems supports clients throughout the lifecycle of complex power systems; from analysis and design to operation and optimization.
By combining deep domain expertise with modern digital tools, Unitech develops solutions that strengthen decision support, safety, and efficiency. This includes Unitech™ CLPS for analysis and optimization of cable systems, as well as Unitech™ PAMS, a solution under development for analysis, monitoring, and operational support of power systems.
