Tom F. Nestli
Chief Executive Officer
Tom F. Nestli took over as CEO in January 2025. Nestli has more than 30 years of experience in research and development, project management and consulting, the last 14 years at Unitech Power Systems AS. Nestli holds a degree in engineering and a doctorate in electrical power engineering from NTH/NTNU, where he has also held a position as adjunct professor.
Bjørn Bungum
Chief Operating Officer
Bjørn Bungum was appointed COO in January 2025. Bungum has more than 30 years of consulting experience at Unitech Power Systems AS and has led the company’s consulting operations for 25 years. He has also previously been head of the company’s analysis division. Bungum holds a degree in electrical power engineering from NTH.
Jane H. Kindem
HR Manager
Jane H. Kindem was appointed HR Manager in January 2023. She has also previously been HR Manager at Unitech Power Systems AS during the period 2009–2016. She has experience as a coach and business leader. Kindem holds a degree in business administration, a Bachelor’s in Marketing Communication and a Master of Management, all from BI.
