Unitech Power Systems and Unitech Oslo are merging.
Unitech Power Systems is owned by Inge Bent Kindem and five other employees.
The owners of Unitech Power Systems AS and Unitech Oslo AS saw little value in Unitech Oslo being a separate entity and it was decided to merge the two.
The merged Unitech Power Systems AS was owned by Kindem Holding AS (Inge Bent Kindem), Bungum Holding AS (Bjørn Bungum), Larsen Holding AS (Arild Larsen), Jarle J. Bremnes, Bård Iver Ek and Nescon AS (Tom F. Nestli).
