Unitech Holding AS is established
Unitech Holding AS is established and takes over all the shares in Unitech Engineering.
In the summer of 1992, Unitech Holding A/S was established and became the parent company of Unitech Engineering A/S. Unitech Holding had a brief period of ownership interests in Unitech Skipsservice AS and Skogen Elektriske AS. A subsidiary was also established for the recruitment of engineers in England: Unitech Engineering Ltd.
