Until 7 February 2022, Unitech Power Systems AS was wholly owned by six employees, with CEO Inge Bent Kindem as the main shareholder. On 7 February, all shares were sold to Aker Solutions Holding AS. After the sale, Unitech Power Systems AS continues to operate as a separate legal entity with the same company name, organisation number, bank account, management, and employees, and will continue to offer the same services as before to its customers.
