Unitech Holding AS is established and takes over all the shares in Unitech Engineering.

Becomes a sister company of Unitech Engineering with Unitech Holding as the common parent company

Unitech Engineering and Unitech Power Systems are going their separate ways. Kindem & Co owns 100% of the shares in Unitech Power Systems.

Unitech Oslo AS is established to attract specialists in the Oslo area, owned 70% by Unitech Power Systems and 30% by employees in Unitech Oslo.

Unitech Power Systems is owned by Inge Bent Kindem and five other employees.

Aker Solutions is acquiring all shares in Unitech Power Systems. It has been decided that Unitech Power Systems will be operated as before, at "arm's length".

After nearly 40 years at Unitech Power Systems, Inge Bent Kindem has decided to retire. Tom F. Nestli takes over as CEO.
