Power Analytics (EDSA) Support - Yearly Software Maintenance Agreement, SMA

As for all software tools today, Power Analytics (EDSA) is under continuously maintaining and upgrading.

This work is based on new technology within the hardware/software industry, requirements for new analyzing tools implemented in the Power Analytics (EDSA) system and ideas and feedback from users working within industrial projects worldwide.

New technology in the electrical field, updates of standards and recommendations and new methods and technology are also part of this work.

In order to have the system updated and assure that you always have latest version available and get access to all services offered by Power Analytics (EDSA) in the USA, a Yearly Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) is following each license.

This SMA is provided free of charge for the first year with a program purchase. After this first year the SMA service is automatically offered on a yearly basis in order keeping the package active. Normally this agreement is between Power Analytics Corporation and the end user and the yearly invoices are sent directly form USA.

In some cases this SMA invoices can be handled via Unitech Power Systems and/or implemented into a serviceagreement which also includes other services.
