1. A specification of requirements is drawn up together with the customer.
2. Search
3. In-depth interview
4. Personality test (Catell's personality test, 16PF5)
5. Second interview
6. Reference checking
7. Presentation of candidates to the customer, including recommendations
8. Selection
9. Post-delivery follow-up
