UR is a subsidiary of Unitech Power Systems (UPS) and was established 1 February 2009. We offer our customers more flexible solutions for assignments in Norway and abroad, for longer and shorter duration.
The strength of the company is that Unitech Power Systems (UPS) has a large research community with 26 engineers, and they will contribute to the quality assurance of new consultants. Consultants who are in mission have also opportunity to seek advice and guidance with this unique research community. We want to be a partner for consultants, and opening doors to the oil and gas industry. The company has through its work for 20 years built up a large network in Norway and abroad.
Our goal is to keep high quality in skills and personal qualities. We are certified to use Catell 16 PF for qualification of personnel.

Goals: To find optimal solutions for the customers, so that they can do their projects on time. We also search for peak performing teams to make optimal projects for the customers. History: The Company has its origin from Unitech Power Systems which has experience in analysis and advisory service within electrical disciplines for 20 years. The company has built up considerable expertise and has been in demand among reputable customers in Norway and abroad.
To meet different challenges by our customers, we decided on 1 February 2009 to create a subsidiary named Unitech Resources. This company will take care of recruitment and headhunting. This strategic choice was made so that we could be even more adaptable in relation to the costumers. We will be able to take assignments in Norway and abroad. UPS has an agency to the software EDSA, and courses will be held throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East, etc. This is related to the value of networks all over the world.
